Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition (IHM Lucknow) is one of India's leading government institutes for hospitality education. It operates under the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India and is affiliated with the National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology (NCHMCT). Established in 1969 as a Food Craft Institute, it was upgraded to an Institute of Hotel Management in 1980.
