MCC will conduct online counseling for All India Quota seats at 15% for NEET UG Entrance Exam 2021 and 50% for NEET PG Admission 2021. The state-wise counseling for the remaining seats (state quota) for both UG and PG levels has already started.

3. Divyang - Horizontal Reservation - 5%
4. OBC - non-cream layer (as per OBC list of the center) - 27%
5- Economically Weaker Section (EWS) - 10 percent
Let us tell you that the Supreme Court in an interim order on Friday approved the start of counseling for admission to the NEET-PG medical course for the year 2021-22. It also upheld the validity of 27 percent reservation for OBC students and 10 percent reservation for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS).
The court said the counseling of NEET-PG for the year 2021-22 will be based on the earlier criteria. That is, those with an annual income of up to Rs 8 lakh will be eligible for the EWS quota. The bench said the counseling on the basis of NEET-PG 2021 and NEET-UG 2021 will be taking effect from the reservation recorded in the notice issued on July 29, 2021. This includes 27 percent reservation for OBC students and 10 percent for EWS.
The court said, there is a need for a detailed order on all the petitions presented in the court in two days. We accept the recommendation of the Pandey Committee that the criteria laid down in the Memorandum of 2019 will be used for the year 2021-22 so that the admission process is not chaotic. A decision on the validity of the norms will be taken after hearing the petitions in March.
