NEET PG Counseling: ₹ 8 lakh annual income limit will remain intact
Earlier, the Central Government has decided to retain the existing criteria of ₹8 lakh annual income limit for determination of Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) with regard to NEET PG counseling and admission process.The government, in its affidavit filed in the Supreme Court on January 02, informed the apex court that an expert committee constituted by the government to re-evaluate the criteria suggested that the existing norms may be continued for this year's counseling and admissions. Whereas the revised norms suggested by the committee may be adopted from the next admission cycle i.e. NEET 2022.
